Like the reviews say, owner is super-friendly & accommodating. When the scooter wouldn't start, he was there in under 5 minutes with another bike ready to go (I'd accidentally flipped the emergency switch without realizing it).
Yes, he picks you up and drops you off, but when my drop-off location was a little out of the way, he literally went the extra mile to get me there.
